So, I've been coveting some Olympia Activewear for a while and finally took the plunge and bought myself a set. And I love it! Probably the most flattering leggings I've ever owned, and I have another set sitting in my cart waiting to come home to me.

At the end of this post is a killer ab workout that I've been ending all my barre classes with lately. Fair warning: you will die. Unless you're like a super human or something. I've always hated planks, but they literally work every muscle in your body, so how can I really hate them? Also, i've got a six pack under all that ice cream and cookies, I swear ;)

killer planks
Start in plank position on your hands.
Jump in, out, open and close. Repeat 10x.
Mountain climbers: 30 seconds.
Move down to your forearms then back up to your hands. 10X.
Staying on your forearms, keep the hips as low as your can. Tap your knees to the floor, then lift. 10x.
Alternate knees. 10x each.
Rock back and forth on your toes. 10x forward and back.
Alternating leg lifts. 10x each leg.
Hold for at least 30 seconds, a minute if you can (you can!)
