Our first time tent camping with all 5 of us (last time I was 35 weeks pregnant and sola had diarrhea from swallowing lake water all night), and I’d say it was a success!
We’ve always felt a little intimidated doing a camping trip, but now that we got our first big one under our belt, we feel more confident to do it more often. It definitely helped that the friends we went with are very seasoned campers and had everything we could possible need hehe
I grew up camping, and would love to have it be part of my girls’ childhood too, there’s just not much better than spending your days and nights in nothing but nature.
We were only able to stay for 2 days because we had to postpone our trip by a day, because, oddly enough, the girls had a stomach bug (cough cough diarrhea again). We will definitely be back to explore all that Yosemite has to offer, we fell in love.
